INTRODUCTION:

Kuper Orthodontics Inc. is a full service Orthodontic Laboratory servicing the entire United States. We are located in Salem, Wisconsin, which is on the Illinois-Wisconsin border, near both Chicago and Milwaukee. Our highly skilled staff has been producing top quality appliances and study models for over 30 years. Besides quality workmanship, our company focuses on keeping our prices very competitive and having a fast turn around time to be sure we meet your due dates. Our goal is to convince you to try our laboratory services and then be sure to completely satisfy your expectations.

PRODUCTS:

All appliances are offered in over 30 different colors, including neon and glow in the dark. Patients name can be inserted for no additional cost, and retainer cases are also offered free of charge. Study models are offered in rough cut, complete (No soap), complete (Soaped), and Permanent I.D(Soaped)

Because of the many different types of orthodontic appliances we construct, shown below are just a few examples of our most common appliances and study models. Please contact us for our complete fee schedule.

SHIPPING:

You will be provided with mailing boxes and postage free mailing labels. After the 3 month introductory offer a charge of $6.50 per box is billed to you. This is a per box fee, therefore multiple cases in one box are only subject to the $6.50 fee. Parcels sent to us with postage already paid or by UPS are not subject to any fees. All completed work is shipped to you by UPS at our expense.

DISCOUNTS:

We offer our new accounts a 3 month introductory discount. You will receive a 10% discount on most appliances, 5% on study models and all shipping charges will be waived providing your account is kept current. In addition, if your account is paid in full by the 10th of the following month, you will receive an additional 2% discount. Details of these programs will be discussed with you.

PAYMENT:

We work on a 30 day open account. Payment in full is expected upon receipt of your monthly statement. Visa and Master Card are accepted
